Sustainability Fast-Track is a training module set up specifically for partners who want to get on the right track toward understanding and managing CSR and Sustainability concepts.  Employees should be able to more readily implement and design sound programs and initiatives for their stakeholders.

Corporate organization are putting remarkable efforts to strengthen their CSR and Sustainability programs in order to empower their communities, mitigate their environmental impact and build capacity within their human capital. Yet, the internal management of the CSR and Sustainability taskforce is not being put in a clear structure that would allow the management to drive a holistic approach of Sustainability, easily track the progress against indicators and lead the overall impact of the organization.

Scope:

Our training program aims to fast track all the CSR and Sustainability efforts of our partners and establishes a management, monitoring and evaluation mechanism that will put all the previous efforts into the right track. The training will make the management process more effective and maximize the impact of all the CSR and Sustainability efforts.

Outcomes:

At the end of the training, you will:

• Standardize CSR and Sustainability knowledge within your team
• Have in place a holistic management process of all CSR and Sustainability efforts connected to the overall strategy of the company
• Have a clear monitoring and evaluation mechanism
• understand CSR and Sustainability management

• Target:CSR and Sustainability team in addition to representatives from the HR department, representatives engineers of the company, a representative from the supply chain/purchasing department as well as a representative from the marketing and/or sales department.
